Scugnizzonapoletano srl
The line of professional ovens bearing the same name, in short SCN, was born in Naples, the city of pizza.
Peppe Krauss, creator of the Scugnizzonapoletano, has set himself the goal of allowing true Neapolitan pizza to be produced anywhere and always in the future.
The head quarter and factory are located in the hearth of Naples, the ovens are already all over the world.

AVPN approve the first and only electric oven for baking Neapolitan Pizza
“Once again, an innovation to protect tradition – declares Antonio Pace, President of AVPN – made possible thanks to an electric oven that meets specific quality parameters and protects the indispensable profession of the baker. The Scugnizzonapoletano is in fact the first electric oven able to reproduce the heat conditions necessary for baking the authentic Neapolitan pizza according to the AVPN’s Regulations.”
Scugnizzonapoletano has been subjected to numerous tests, both at low and high capacity, up to the simulation of the Saturday night work of a successful pizzeria.
The pizzerias that have chosen the Scugnizzonapoletano will be able to join the Association and bear the “Electric Oven” Neapolitan Pizza banner which protects consumers by certifying compliance with the Regulations of the True Neapolitan Pizza and the art of Neapolitan pizzaiuolo (pizza maker), an intangible heritage of Unesco.
