In the city of pizza, the line of Scugnizzonapoletano ovens is born. Their codename SCN.
Peppe Krauss, creator of Scugnizzonapoletano, has set himself the goal of allowing true Neapolitan pizza to be produced anywhere and always. Years ago, Scugnizzonapoletano was a model on paper, just an idea.

The Scugnizzonapoletano project is based on the scientific study of traditional wood-fired oven solutions, developing technological additions that are as revolutionary as they are discreet.
Scugnizzonapoletano has no compromises: performance, traditional design, innovation all contribute to the protection of the authentic taste of the “True Neapolitan Pizza”.
Scugnizzonapoletano uses only high-quality precious materials, the Sorrento biscuit, handcrafted using the traditional method. The resistors are in nichrome, produced in-house and expertly stretched by expert hands, to have infrared. The large top is in volcanic stone, the elegant front in hand-worked copper.
The exceptional endurance to prolonged work sessions is due to a multitude of factors, all complementary to each other, in a balanced harmony. The Scugnizzonapoletano obtained what seemed impossible, high temperature but with an open mouth, an authentic Neapolitan pizza but without fire.
